US Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Australian Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Workdays: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our client’s team as Business Development Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in business development with one of our prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads and build long-term client relationships
Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities
Manage client communication through calls and emails
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to drive business growth
Maintain and update records on CRM systems
Requirements
Fresh graduates (any stream) with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in US/Australian shifts
