We are committed to empowering students and professionals through industry-relevant programs and expert guidance. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who can also take on the role of a Student Counsellor to help learners make informed career choices. Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive at AIMNXT Technologies, your primary role will be to generate student enrollments by promoting our courses and counselling prospective learners. You will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them on course selections, career paths, and the benefits of training with AIMNXT. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students (walk-ins, phone, online leads) about AIMNXT’s programs and assist them in choosing the right course based on their career goals. Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and revenue generation. Follow up with potential leads via calls, messages, and emails to convert them into enrollments. Build strong rapport with students and parents to promote trust and long-term relationships. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote AIMNXT’s offerings. Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate quality leads. Provide accurate information about course content, trainers, duration, and placement support. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student expectations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Technology preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or academic counselling (preferably in EdTech or training institutes). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Passionate about education, student growth, and career guidance. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms. Fluency in English and local language (Telugu/Hindi/English). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Telugu (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 07/06/2025
