About role:

An BDE (Business Development Executive) drives growth by finding new opportunities, building partnerships with schools/institutions, counseling students/parents, and converting leads into enrollments for online courses/platforms, focusing heavily on sales, relationship building, and achieving targets through activities like demos, cold calls, and CRM management, essentially acting as a bridge between educational needs and tech solutions.

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the EdTech industry .The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in consultative selling, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Roles and responsible:

  • *Contacting Potential Students via phone to inform them about our institute courses & programs.
  • Answering questions about course offerings, admissions procedures, fees & other relevant information.
  • Understanding prospective students requirements & recommending suitable courses.
  • Following up with interested students to close sales or confirm enrolments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions & transactions.
  • Handling student inquiries promptly & ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with the admission team to achieve enrollment targets & goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in sales / tele calling / customer engagement
  • (BFSI / Fintech / Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance exposure is an advantage)
  • Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
  • Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and improve
  • Customer-focused and ethical approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
