Roles and responsible: *Contacting Potential Students via phone to inform them about our institute courses & programs. Answering questions about course offerings, admissions procedures, fees & other relevant information. Understanding prospective students requirements & recommending suitable courses. Following up with interested students to close sales or confirm enrolments. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions & transactions. Handling student inquiries promptly & ensuring excellent customer service. Collaborating with the admission team to achieve enrollment targets & goals.
