The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property. Key Responsibilities: ● Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. ● Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement. ● Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines in the real estate sector. ● Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client queries with ease. ● Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office software.
