Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will have a crucial role in driving the growth plans of the company. Your responsibilities will include generating new business leads, managing key accounts, handling objections, and implementing initiatives to enhance systems and processes. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or automobiles. You must be self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is a must. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Fluency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is necessary.
