Summary Artists managers, who are also called talent managers, serve as the business managers of musicians. They handle negotiations and other business affairs of an artist or band. Since the musician needs to focus all his/her attention into making music, the artist manager serves as the promoter, agent or accountant. Artist managers also handle bookings, assist in promotions and perform production-related tasks. They ensure tours, gigs and other bookings are paid, unless otherwise agreed by the artist to perform pro bono. Duties Candidates who have keen interest in 1. Keen interest in music and pop-culture. 2. Prior experience in entertainment sales. 3. Must have knowledge of Night-life, Events and Arts. 4. Candidates who may have proven records of their association with college societes, festivals, etc before. 5. Only Boys can apply Skills Required ● Extrovert and outward personality ● Relationship building ● Good Communication ● Proper understanding of Artist culture and work ethics ● Proactive and Responsible ● Excellent hands-on Google Sheet ● Ability to keep data organized ● Strong communication skills – both in written and verbal communication. ● Oversee the programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities ● Act as the main point of contact for artists, establishing and maintaining strong relationships. ● Provide on-site management during events, overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements.
