We are a growing IT services company specializing in web & mobile app development, AI solutions and custom software development. We are looking for a motivated professional who can help us acquire new clients and projects through various platforms and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
• Identify relevant projects and submit high-conversion proposals.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and networking groups.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and SaaS platforms.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good to Have

• Own Upwork/Fiverr profile with a track record of closed deals.
• Experience in using CRM tools for lead tracking.
• Understanding of digital marketing for client acquisition.
