Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Education Marketing & Counseling Executive to join our team at AptiGuide. The role involves promoting our career guidance, entrance exam prep, and study abroad services by engaging with schools, colleges, and students. The candidate will be responsible for both outreach (marketing & lead generation) and counseling (converting enquiries into enrollments) and doing basic digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Approach and Build relationships with Schools/Colleges, tuition centres Fix appointments, collaborations, and seminars for AptiGuide experts to deliver Coordinate with school/college authorities for career guidance workshops and events Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person; counsel and convert them into enrollments Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing Support basic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email campaigns, and WhatsApp promotions Maintain lead records/CRM and share weekly reports Meet monthly targets for enquiries, tie-ups, and conversions
