At AppsRow Solutions LLP, a Webflow Premium Partner agency, we help businesses worldwide grow through UI/UX design, Webflow development, branding, and digital marketing. As a Business Development Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth, building client relationships, generating leads, and driving international projects.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking
Draft professional proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of IT services such as web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable using sales platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork
For experienced roles (1+ years): Proven IT sales experience with lead generation and deal closing skills
