Business Development Executive Specialty Chemicals

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory/segment.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present product solutions, handle objections, and negotiate to win deals.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to capture new opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Oil Technology (essential); MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written).
