Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international BPO markets(

    US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries)

    .
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Present Allianze Infosoft's BPO service portfolio, including customer support, back-office operations, data entry, digital solutions, and process management services.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, and delivery) to ensure smooth project transition and service quality.
  • Track, analyse, and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the organization at global events, trade shows, and online networking forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience

    in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the

    BPO / ITES industry

    (preferably with international exposure).
  • Strong understanding of

    BPO operations, pricing models, and client engagement processes.

  • Proven success in acquiring and managing

    international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries

    ).
  • Exceptional

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and online lead generation tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
