Job Description We are hiring Hindi-speaking Business Development Executives / Academic Counsellors for our Trivandrum office. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers in Hindi and English (calls & follow-ups). Process customer data in ERP/CRM as per company policy. Counsel students/clients about company services. Achieve monthly sales and counselling targets. Report daily progress to the Team Manager. Maintain discipline in both functional and administrative tasks. Requirements: Any graduate (Freshers can apply). Good English communication + Intermediate Hindi communication (mandatory). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/ERP/CRM). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
