As a Business Development Executive at Able Aura Sports Academy in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's reach and impact in the community. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with schools, organizations, and local communities. - Engage with parents, educational institutions, and corporates to promote Able Aura's programs. - Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between business growth and program capacity. - Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase visibility and participation in the academy's programs. - Organize and attend events, workshops, and awareness programs to network and foster relationships. - Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns through community outreach, social media, and local engagement. - Prepare and present proposals to potential partners and sponsors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. - Freshers with a good interest and idea on Sales/Business development background can also apply. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Passion for promoting sports and activities for children with disabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and social media management. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive projects. - Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
