Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients for onboarding and e-commerce setupConduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activitiesUnderstand client needs and explain relevant services or solutionsCoordinate with internal teams for product listing and brand launchMaintain and update lead tracking sheets/CRM systems regularlyEnsure smooth and timely client onboarding and service activationBuild strong relationships with new clients during the launch phaseAchieve onboarding and sales targets set by the departmentReport daily progress and feedback to the reporting manager
