Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with assigned leads on calls to thoroughly understand their business requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential leads.
  • Conduct the meeting scheduled by you and team
  • Consult leads about how our marketing services can help them.
  • Convert leads into clients, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Update CRM for all the assigned leads.
  • We use Digital Marketing to generate leads. You have to monitor the volume and quality of leads assigned to you.
  • Attend offline meetings (if required)
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, nurturing strong relationships through regular follow-ups to meet their evolving needs.


About Scoutbizz International


We offer digital marketing services and as a business development executive your job will be to sell the following services to the leads that will be assigned to you:

  • Lead Generation for their business
  • Create or Increase eCommerce Sales
  • Increase footfall on their physical Store
  • Content Creation
  • Web Development (Shopify, WordPress and Landing pages using HTML/ CSS)

You will be responsible for complete sales and not just pre-sales.


What We Offer:

  • Salary:

    ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month. You will be having incentives above your base salary.
  • We offer a good incentive policy which can help you get incentives from 5,000/- to 25,000/- a month, depending upon your performance.
  • No cold calling


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ability to do complete sales and not just pre-sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in calling or sales on calls.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone.
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Previous target achiever
