About the job: Scoutbizz International is hiring a business development executive to generate sales for the company. We offer digital marketing services, and as a business development executive, your job will be to sell the following services to the leads that will be assigned to you: 1. Lead generation for their business 2. Create or increase eCommerce sales 3. Increase footfall in their physical store 4. Content creation 5. Web development (Shopify, WordPress, and landing pages using HTML/CSS) Key responsibilities: 1. Engage with assigned leads on call to thoroughly understand their business requirements 2. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential leads 3. Convert leads into clients, driving revenue growth for the company 4. Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular follow-ups What we offer: 1. Salary: 18,000 to 32,000 per month as base salary 2. Incentives up to 25,000 above the base salary 3. Hands-on experience in digital marketing 4. Work from home or a hybrid job 5. No cold calling Eligibility criteria: 1. Ability to handle the complete sales process, not just pre-sales 2. Minimum 6 months of experience in calling or client engagement roles 3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 4. Proven ability to engage with clients over the phone 5. Skilled in negotiating and closing deals 6. Previous target achiever Employment type: 1. Full-time 2.
