Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your tasks will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets, while contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Collaboration with the internal team and establishing connections with potential corporate clients will also be key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a proven record of achieving targets
• Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management, with the ability to manage client relationships and accounts effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals
• Proficiency in market research and negotiations, along with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the corporate transportation or mobility sector is a plus
