Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing: Identify and approach potential corporate clients for transportation and mobility services. Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and digital platforms. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Vendor Acquisition & Management: Identify and onboard quality cab operators and driver partners to meet operational demands. Negotiate competitive rates and service terms with vendors. Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Administrative & Reporting: Maintain updated records of client and vendor interactions using CRM tools or Excel. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel/transportation sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Tamil. Knowledge of the Chennai corporate market is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
