Identify and connect with potential buyers through calls, site visits, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners for lead generation.
Content & Marketing:
Create engaging property-related content (social media posts, short videos, blogs, etc.).
Capture photos/videos of properties for promotions and listings.
Support the marketing team in campaigns, ads, and digital branding.
Share daily updates on sales and marketing activities with management.
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, Mass Comm, or equivalent preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Creative mindset with interest in content creation & social media.
Prior experience in sales or digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
