Job Description

As a Business Development Consultant at Digituall, you play a crucial role in leading the team and driving sales and revenue for the organization. Your primary responsibility is to generate revenue through consulting and selling products or services by building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. You will be based in Bhubaneswar and work full-time in the Sales and Marketing department focused on Digital Marketing & Online Corporate PR. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing sales leads through various channels like phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers to comprehend their needs and suggest enhancements for better client experiences. - Providing appropriate consultation to prospective and active clients regarding marketing and business solutions. - Offering detailed product or service information, addressing customer queries, and discussing the benefits, scope, and pricing of offerings. - Crafting and presenting sales proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and collaborating with other departments for customer satisfaction and revenue growth. - Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipelines. - Achieving or surpassing sales targets and assigned KPIs by management. - Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. To excel in this role, you should have: - A proven track record of successful sales experience in the relevant industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet sales objectives. - Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software like Zoho or HubSpot. - A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and a fundamental understanding of marketing. - At least 5 years of sales and consulting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an agency setting and 2 years in digital marketing and consultative sales.
