Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Business Development & Client Service Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the events, activations, or exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate will play a dual role: acquiring new business and ensuring high-quality client service throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their goals, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring responsive and solution oriented service.
  • Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and ongoing support.
  • Understand client briefs and campaign objectives to develop customized event and activation strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage the execution of events with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare presentations, budgets, estimates, and other client-facing documents.
  • Lead client calls, meetings, and post-event reviews to gather feedback and build trust.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues with a client-first mindset.
  • Track progress across multiple projects and ensure clients are kept informed.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Client Service Focus Areas:

  • Deliver prompt, proactive, and professional service across all client touchpoints.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s brand, business goals, and preferences.
  • Coordinate internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations. • Champion the voice of the client within the organization and ensure their objectives are met.
  • Regularly share performance updates and campaign insights to strengthen client confidence.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development and client service, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. • Working knowledge of event planning tools, timelines, and budget controls

Preferred:

  • Experience handling BFSI or corporate clients.
  • Ability to suggest creative, innovative experiential marketing strategies.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding client service across complex campaigns
