About the Role

Client Servicing / Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into event strategies and deliverables.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, timelines, and event logistics.
  • Ensure seamless client servicing by addressing queries, concerns, and providing timely updates.
  • Prepare event proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
  • Drive client satisfaction through creativity, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    1–3 years

    in client servicing / event management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.
