We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Professional who will be at the forefront of our growth journey. If you thrive on building partnerships and driving expansion, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

1. Identify, evaluate & secure new hotel opportunities for Bloom Hotel Group in Mumbai.

2. Build strong relationships with property owners, developers & key stakeholders.

3. Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships.

4. Analyze market trends to align with our aggressive expansion goals.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Expansion / Asset Acquisition in the hospitality industry.

2. Strong network with hotel owners, consultants & developers in Mumbai.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation & deal-closing skills

4. Strategic thinker with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
