Business Development / B2B Sales Executive

You are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development / B2B Sales specialist to join the team at Noida Sector 62 (work from office). As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events - Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events - Engage with prospects to ascertain their needs and provide information about our products/services - Evaluate leads and maintain the lead database for accurate tracking and reporting - Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads - Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine lead generation tactics for B2B events To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's / Masters degree in marketing / business, or a related field - Proven experience in lead generation or business development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Goal-oriented and self-motivated If you are passionate about taking on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, the company is interested in hearing from you.
