A professional business outsourcing and consulting company for the Travel Industry, helping Travel companies & Airlines to outsource their Travel Operations, Accounting Services, Performance based Digital Marketing services, Website Development services.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting SkyBook's services across target markets.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base in the travel and airline sectors, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential travel agencies, OTAs, and airline clients for outsourcing and consulting opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (operations, accounting, digital marketing, IT).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Maintain a pipeline in CRM and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
• 1 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in travel)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
