Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our programs and converting leads into successful student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, and social media.
• Present course offerings and value propositions effectively to drive enrollments.
• Handle queries and objections professionally, maintaining strong follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead information and status.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with time management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools or EdTech is an added advantage

Eligibility

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Must be available for the walk-in interview on Saturday, 14th June 2025
