Business Development Associate( US based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. market through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new areas of growth.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably targeting U.S.-based clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market and sales practices.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (night shifts if based in India or outside the U.S.).

Pay: ₹9,539.78 - ₹38,084.86 per month
