Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bangalore at Urban Company. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research that will unlock growth for UC in the UAE.

What will you do:

Onboard and Manage New Partners:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to the Urban Company platform, ensuring a seamless integration and training process.

Build Strong Partner Relationships:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for their queries and concerns.

Track Operations and Performance:

Monitor daily operations, track partner activities to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Drive Sales through Partner & Customer Connect:

Implement strategies to boost sales by facilitating strong connections between partners and customers, ensuring an excellent service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Lead Generation and Market Research
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
