As a Growth Manager at Vedantu, your role will involve driving the growth and profitability of the business by focusing on various key responsibilities: - **P&L and Financial Prudence:** - Take ownership of the business unit's P&L, monitoring financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Implement strategies to optimize topline, manage costs, and ensure financial sustainability and prudence. - **B2B Partnerships:** - Develop and nurture strong relationships with multiple colleges and other partners. - Demonstrate a strong ability to influence and drive synergies with partners on a regular basis. - **Distribution and GTM - Campaign:** - Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution channels, including identifying new channels and optimizing existing ones. - Extract more leads from Organic Channels such as YT, SEO, Direct, and other channels and build Paid Channels. - Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of distribution efforts. - **Sales Experience - Student Acquisition:** - Drive overall inside sales to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Lead Sales ROI Metrics such as Collections / CAC and ensure profitable revenue. - Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance and maximize ROI on marketing efforts. - **Growth Initiatives and Operations Excellence:** - Drive growth projects and operational efficiency and excellence across all business functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency metrics. - Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. - **Pricing of Products:** - Maintain average selling prices for products and ensure Contribution / Margin guardrails are in line with the Plan. - **Product-Market Fit (PMF):** - Innovate and iterate on the existing business model or develop new ones to achieve product-market fit. - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback through listening tools to refine product offerings, pricing, and ensure alignment with market needs. - **Strategy and Consumer Insights:** - Conduct comprehensive market analysis, both outside-in and inside-out, to identify opportunities and competitive advantages. - Utilize insights to develop strategies that capitalize on market trends and position the business for success. - **Service Delivery Experience:** - Focus on enhancing the overall delivery experience, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and outcomes achieved. - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to the above responsibilities, this role will play a crucial role in preparing the company for potential future milestones such as an IPO within the next 2-3 years. As a Growth Manager at Vedantu, you will report to the Associate Director and have direct reports in the Growth/Ops team. You will also be required to build and maintain key relationships with internal teams such as Product, Finance, Marketing, Business Operations, and external partners.
