Building bonds: Customer service isn t just a department here it s the heart of what we do. You ll listen to our clients, understand their needs, and provide the perfect solution (with a smile, of course). Making it rain: You ll ensure every cent owed is collected, on time, every time. Refunds? Not on your watch. Pipeline wizardry: Track it, log it, close it. Your CRM will be your best friend as you keep your sales activities organized and on point. Reading the market: You ll keep an ear to the ground, spotting trends, keeping tabs on competitors, and feeding that knowledge back into your sales strategy. Collaboration station: You ll work with our rockstar Sales Manager and other teams to deliver the best customer experience possible. What You Bring to the Table: A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar (if not, tell us what else makes you awesome). Sales experience that shows you know how to bring in the dough. If you ve worked in EdTech or SaaS, even better. Top-notch communication skills. You know how to talk, but moreimportantly, you know how to listen . You re a problem-solver, self-motivated, and you know how to workboth independently and as part of a team.
