Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Explain policies, benefits, and terms in clear and simple language
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales
• Assist with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and service teams
• Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products
• Meet monthly targets for new policies, renewals & retention.

• Fluent in
