Role summary

The Business Development Associate will support rental operations by onboarding property owners, assisting tenants with property options, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth listing and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to residential property owners and onboard rental listings
• Explain the platform process and listing requirements to property owners
• Maintain ongoing communication with property owners and tenants
• Share suitable rental options with customers based on their requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and follow-ups

Training details

The role includes a 12-day on-the-job training period covering product understanding, communication, negotiation basics, and client handling. Performance during training will be considered for confirmation.
