Business Development Associate

ABOUT US :
RapidSkill is a fast-growing ed-tech company, and we are looking for ambitious, high-energy individuals to join our Hyderabad team as Business Development Associates (BDAs).

This is a front-line, target-driven sales role. We are looking for closers. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a high-growth career in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate new client leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial client interaction and understanding needs to sales closure.
• Clearly communicate RapidSkill's value proposition to potential learners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0 - 1 Year (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Mandatory: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
• Mandatory: Must be willing to Work-From-Office in Hyderabad (This is not a remote or hybrid role).
• Key Skills:
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum (Structured as ₹3,00,000 Fixed + ₹3,00,000 Performance-Based Variable).
