Business Development Associate

As an Education Adviser, you will assess students" profiles to recommend the best program options and career paths. You will provide information on various international colleges and universities, advising students on requirements and helping them stay informed about the latest updates in the education sector. Your role will involve guiding students in making informed decisions about their overseas careers, understanding their potential, and supporting them in achieving their goals. You will assist students in identifying their skill sets and exploring ways to leverage them effectively. Additionally, you will conduct interviews and prepare students to meet eligibility criteria for applications. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping students complete admission forms, organize financial documentation, and communicate document requirements efficiently to ensure a smooth application process. Furthermore, you will educate students on education loans, provide guidance on obtaining financial aid, and assist in managing the financial aspect of their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include informing students about available financial aid options and facilitating the loan application process. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and additional incentives like performance bonuses and yearly bonuses may be available based on your contributions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or admission counseling.
