The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and/or B-school sales, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and educational institutions (B-schools) Identify and target potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking Present and promote the company's services to key decision-makers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or institutional (B-school) sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions - Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In-person If you're a motivated and sales-driven individual, we'd love to hear from you!
