We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Associate with expertise in lead generation and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored patent research solutions. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and other channels to promote our patent research services.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in startups, inventors, law firms, and R&D departments.
• Understand clients’ pain points and offer solutions through our services.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, tracking outreach efforts and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
• Stay informed on trends in intellectual property and patent research.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or cold calling (preferably within legal, IP, or technology services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A basic understanding of patent research or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
