Next Degree Abroad is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their global dreams. We’re expanding and looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to lead our outreach and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C clients
• Develop strategic partnerships with institutions, agents, and vendors
• Conduct seminars, events, and lead-generation campaigns
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Collaborate with counseling, marketing, and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in BDM, preferably in the overseas education industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with leadership potential

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
