Business Development Associate

MSY Marine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Field Sales Executive to promote our services, including IMU-CET preparation classes and marine recruitment programs. This role is ideal for individuals who love to travel, enjoy face-to-face interaction, and have a natural flair for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote academy services directly to students and parents through door-to-door outreach
• Educate potential candidates about IMU-CET and maritime career opportunities
• Distribute marketing materials and generate student inquiries
• Build rapport quickly and convert leads into enrollments
• Maintain daily visit records and report progress to the team
• Represent the MSY Marine Academy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with new people and explaining services clearly
• Passion for travel, public interaction, and outdoor work
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
• Basic understanding of marine careers or willingness to learn

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
