As a Sales Executive, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Finding new customers by identifying potential clients and proactively reaching out to them - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty - Presenting products effectively through engaging presentations and demonstrations - Closing sales deals by negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements - Analyzing sales data and activities to identify areas for improvement for enhanced performance - Providing exceptional support, information, and guidance to clients to meet their needs - Resolving customer concerns and inquiries promptly and efficiently - Preparing and analyzing detailed sales reports and data for informed decision-making - Actively participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services - Gathering valuable feedback from clients and collaborating with the product team for enhancements - Continuously improving product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise for professional growth In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits for this full-time, permanent position.
