🧭 What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) under MAP, you will:

Act as the first point of contact between potential clients and Matter Agency.

Promote our services through approved channels — Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and your professional/community networks.

Identify and share potential leads with our internal team (we handle the closing and execution).

Build relationships with SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs across Kerala, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and beyond.

Represent Matter Agency’s values of professionalism, creativity, and trust in every interaction.

📚 What You’ll Learn

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one — we’ll train you!

Through a 3-day onboarding program, you’ll learn:

The fundamentals of branding and how to talk about it confidently.

Outreach strategies and communication skills to approach potential clients.

Tools and techniques to capture and share leads effectively.

This is a unique chance to gain real-world business development experience while working with a leading branding agency.

💼 What We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).

Interest in branding, marketing, and business growth.

A proactive attitude with the ability to network and identify opportunities.

Students, freelancers, or professionals looking for a flexible, performance-based role are welcome.
