About the job: Job description: We are accepting applications for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates in business or management studies or those with some experience in business development or sales. The role demands strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to generate new leads 2. Identify and qualify potential clients across various sectors 3. Arrange and attend client meetings (on-site or off-site) to present company offerings 4. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue 5. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools 6. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors 7. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade fairs 8. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs 9. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 10. Provide regular reports on client feedback and market conditions Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field 2. 0-1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities 5. High levels of self-motivation, confidence, and professionalism 6. Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings 7. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools) 8. Valid driver's license preferred Note: 1.
