Job Description Job Description for a Samsung Sales Process (Voice) Process Name – Samsung Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Samsung products and services.  Answer incoming calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information.  Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products or services.  Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.  Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Requirements: ● Graduation ● Excellent communication skills. ● Experienced and Fresher’s both are welcome.
