Business Development Associate Inside Sales

As a Business Development Associate - Inside Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers and promoting our Health & Nutrition-Products/ Services. Your responsibilities will include: - Contacting potential customers from leads provided by the company to introduce them to our product/services range. - Understanding customer needs, symptoms, and concerns to recommend appropriate products. - Clearly explaining product/services benefits, usage, pricing, and unique value propositions. - Maintaining a high level of product/service knowledge to address customer queries effectively. - Following a consultative sales approach while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. - Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining conversion rate benchmarks. - Updating CRM with accurate call details, customer feedback, and follow-ups. - Coordinating with the support and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to support repeat purchases. - Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - 02 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales (experience in healthcare/wellness/homeopathy preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. - Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. - Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
