About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to help connect our software solutions with businesses in need. You will work closely with our technical team and potential clients to identify needs, offer solutions, and support the sales process end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through chat, email, and phone to understand their needs.
• Share product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, consultative manner.
• Manage leads through the sales funnel and maintain detailed CRM records.
• Conduct product demos and coordinate with the tech team to ensure client requirements are captured.
• Build strong client relationships and support long-term engagement.
• Provide market and competitor insights to the internal team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (software/IT sector preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Comfortable with digital communication tools and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
