Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented professionals to lead dealer acquisition and development for our growing EV network across India. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the fastest-growing EV markets and work directly with leading EV brands.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard dealers for EV 2W, 3W, and 4W in the assigned territory.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Market Penetration: Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and untapped opportunities.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales targets through effective field execution.
Training & Support: Coordinate dealer product training and ensure smooth onboarding.
Reporting: Maintain and update dealer performance dashboards.
