Job Description

As a showroom assistant, your role involves greeting and assisting customers, providing detailed information about products and services, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate products. You will need to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the catalog, follow up with customers for feedback and future sales opportunities, and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. Collaboration with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities are key responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or sales is a plus. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor is essential, along with being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quick to learn and adapt.
