Description Seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development person that will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our businesses. Responsibilities: 1. Becoming familiar with the company’s products and services. 2. Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research. 3. Represent the company at events, meetings and conferences. 4. Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them. 5. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 6. Analyse market trends and competitor activities. 7. Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to the senior management. Qualifications/Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field. 2. Excellent communication in English and Telugu and any other related languages. 3. Good Social and interpersonal skills. 4. Extensive presentation skills. 5. Familiarity with CRM softwares.
