We are seeking a dynamic and driven Learner Success & Business Development Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and learner advisory responsibilities. You’ll play a crucial part in helping individuals and institutions choose the right programs and supporting them throughout their upskilling journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Connect with prospective learners and partner institutions to understand their goals and recommend suitable Growcline learning programs.

2. Strategically promote Growcline offerings to achieve business growth and enrolment targets.

3. Guide learners through their career development journey by providing insights on skills, industry trends, and growth paths.

4.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both individual learners and institutional stakeholders.

5. Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to optimize outreach strategies and improve positioning.
