Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

● Achieving sales target for specified real estate projects

● Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and

● developing opportunities with new customers within assigned projects.

● Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of projects, pricing and new product release launches.

● Report on sales activities to top management

● Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

● Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

● Keeping up to date with projects and competitors.

● Knowledge about respective market and hand on experience in B2C sales

Competency Requirements -

Client interaction- selling skills, event planning & management, good product knowledge,

knowledge of sales process and builder coordination, negotiation skills, customer management skills.

Behavioral - Team player, networking skill, systematic working and takes initiatives.

Communication- Excellent and Effective communication is required.
